Cancellation Policy

You must contact us within 4 hours of your online purchase if you wish to cancel your transaction. After 4 hours we are unable to cancel your order.

Delivery Time

Your package will be shipped from our facility as soon as possible.  Orders are dispatched within 2 business days and shipping times are estimated at between 3-7 business days depending on your location within New Zealand. You can track your order using the courier track and trace details included in the email you receive from us after your order is shipped, or by logging in to your account.  Alternatively, you can contact us directly if you have any queries regarding your order at sales@forageandgraze.co.nz

Shipping Destinations: Forage & Graze South Ltd ships goods New Zealand wide, however at this time we do NOT accept international orders through our website, please contact us to enquire about a special order.

Our guarantee:

Forage & Graze South Ltd guarantees that its products are of acceptable quality, fit for consumption, and meet the product descriptions as advertised on our website and displayed on our packaging. If you think that we have failed to meet any of these guarantees then please email us at sales@forageandgraze.co.nz within 24 hours of receiving your goods.  If we determine that a breach of our guarantee has occurred then we will provide you with such notification within a reasonable time.

We will remedy our failure promptly by either replacing your order or providing a full refund of your purchase price, less shipping, provided you notify us at sales@forageandgraze.co.nz within 24 hours of receiving your goods.

In no event will any replacement or refund constitute an admission of any kind by Forage & Graze South Ltd. We reserve the right to fully investigate claims that we believe may be unfounded or fraudulent.

Please note: Refunds/exchanges cannot be honoured outside of the products respective shelf life as marked on the pack as “Best before” date.

All refunds will be made back to the payment card used to make the purchase; no other refund options are available.
